1. *Additional Fees*: Additional fees of 40 AED will be charged on the Smartkies platform.

2. *Cleaning Fee*: A cleaning fee of 100 AED will be required upon registration on the Smartkies platform. This amount is non-refundable.

3. A card imprint will be blocked and not collected for stays of up to 5 nights.
From a stay of 6 nights, a deposit is automatically taken and returned at the end of the stay after the cleaning service provider has visited within 7 working days.
Amount deposit daily: 2000 aed
Amount deposit weekly: 2000 aed
Amount deposit monthly: 2500 aed


However, if your bank refuses the card imprint, the deposit amount will have to be paid.

Important: remember to register your Bank Identity Statement on the platform for the return of the deposit if it has been taken.

This deposit covers possible damage and consumption (drinks and sweets).

4. *Autonomous Access*: You will have autonomous access to the apartment through your smartphone. Your access will be available on your Smartkies profile. You will receive an email from the Smartkies platform with detailed instructions.

5. *Profile Verification*: Before your arrival, please complete profile verification on Smartkies. This will take only a few minutes. Make sure tothe passport document during check-in, rather than a UAE ID.

6. *Agency Fees*: Agency fees vary depending on the duration of your stay on the Smartkies platform. They are calculated based on the total reservation amount:
- 14% per night
- 12% per week
- 10% per month

7. *Minor Guests*: Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during check-in.

Please make sure to follow the instructions below on the day of your departure:

– Send a photo of the television turned on to confirm that it is working properly and the screen is undamaged.
– Place the parking card on the kitchen table and send a photo.
– Turn off the air conditioning and send a photo of the control panel for confirmation.
