Please note that occasional maintenance work may affect building amenities such as the pool, gym, or parking without prior notice. These matters are beyond our control and do not entitle guests to refunds.

Utility Disruptions
While we ensurefacilities are in working order, temporary disruptions in electricity, water, internet, or gas supply may occur due to building or municipal issues. These do not warrant refunds.

Same-Day Bookings
For same-day bookings, we require at least one hour of preparation time afterguests have completed the online check-in and submitted valid ID copies.

Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Guest Liability
